I was anxious based off the various size reports from other reviewers. I am 5’6” 140 lbs. I normally range a small to medium top and 29x30 pants. This top is snug but comfortable. The pants are perfect. I’m not military but using this set for hunting. They seem breathable and light so hopefully for the cost the benefit will be on point. It did take about a month the receive the item after purchasing.
